Event photos

The automatic cloud deletion date is shown in the dashboard. In the photos section, you can delete an eligible completed event after confirmation. This does not delete files from the PrintStation local copies folder or recall jobs already sent to Windows.

Disconnecting a source or station

You can disconnect a station in the dashboard. Revoke the application's social media access in that platform's settings; doing so does not delete the original posts. Customers manage saved local copies on their own computers.

Request account deletion

Send your request from your account email to support@photobaker.su. State whether you want to delete the account and related data or a particular event. Do not send passwords, tokens or bank details. Account ownership must be verified before deletion. Payment records are assessed separately: deleting photos or an account does not remove mandatory retention obligations. Our response will explain what was deleted and what records must be retained, including the reason and retention period.

Deletion is irreversible and takes place after the request is verified. Save local copies in advance if you need your photos. More about your data.
