Privacy Policy

PhotoBaker uses Facebook Login and Instagram APIs only after a user grants permission. The app reads connected Facebook Pages, connected Instagram Business or Creator Account IDs, and public Instagram media associated with event hashtags.

PhotoBaker uses this data to let event operators configure a hashtag campaign, discover public campaign submissions, record moderation decisions, and select approved photos for event printing. The app does not sell personal data, publish content, edit Instagram accounts, or delete Instagram content.

Access tokens, campaign settings, moderation decisions, and print queue entries are stored only for the authorized campaign workflow and can be deleted on request.
